Have you ever bought an item not on your shopping list at the grocery store? I have and wondered why it’s never a bag of apples or container of mixed salad greens. Nope, absolutely nothing healthy ever lands in my grocery cart by mistake. But let me meander down the cookies or potato chip aisle, and packages fall off the shelves and into my basket like skydivers jumping from a plane and landing on a ground target. I kid you not, and I’ve consumed the calories to prove it. There should be a law against printing calories per serving on food packages.
