Food and football added to fall equal fun. A tailgate favorite of my family includes homemade chili and all the trimmings. While some folks go traditional with crackers only, my gang piles on the corn chips, cheese, green onions, and sour cream. A few hot shots augment the flavor with Jalapeno or Habanero peppers, but I prefer the milder taste of black olives. Make a pot of chili this weekend and share it with family and friends. Good food and good times create great memories.
