What's for Supper?

We added a new supper rule at our house this past year. When we can’t decide what to eat, we cook breakfast. A fast, easy, and delicious alternative to the last meal of the day. The menu varies and all depends on what’s in the refrigerator, with one exception. As much as I hate to admit it, this southern gal can’t make biscuits worth eating, so we always have toast or English muffins. But one advantage sits mighty well with me—no waste or leftovers.

Does anyone else substitute breakfast for supper occasionally? If so, what do you eat?
