A country ham biscuit is one of my favorite calorie splurges. Included in each tasty bite are the essential ingredients for a yummy breakfast—carbohydrates, protein, fat, cholesterol, and salt. Sure, I know healthier options exist, and I eat them 99.8% of the time. But an occasional dose of artery-blocking deliciousness shouldn’t be maligned or deleted from your diet.
